When you buy a deck

Payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, shipping address and order details. We never see your full card number. Your shipping details are shared with our fulfilment partner and the carrier, only to deliver your order.

When you sign up for the free courses

We collect your email address and, if you give it, your name. Signing up creates your account on the Friend in the Cloud platform (app.friendinthecloud.com), where the courses are hosted. We send you an email with your access link, using Resend.

When you download the manual

When you download the manual, we collect your name and email address. We store them so we can contact you about the Soul Keys Oracle. We do not add you to any other mailing list.

Measuring our advertising

This site uses the TikTok pixel, which records page visits and may set cookies, so we can measure our TikTok advertising.

Fonts and hosting

Your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard request logs.

The video on our homepage is hosted by YouTube (Google). Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. Once you do, YouTube may set cookies and collect data under Google's privacy policy.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed, from which country and on which type of device. It uses no cookies and does not identify you personally.

Your choices

We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing soulkeyscodex@gmail.com.
