The Story Behind the Cards: A Journey of Inner Truth
Ever since I was a child, I felt different in a way I couldn’t explain.
While other kids played with toys, I would sit quietly in my room, eyes closed, trying to listen to something deeper. While my schoolmates followed the usual routines, I was drawn to rituals, silence, and the invisible threads that seemed to hold everything together. My mum, a flight attendant, took me with her around the world. Every flight felt less like travel and more like a quiet quest — as if I was searching for something ancient and true that I somehow already knew, but had forgotten.
School never made much sense to me. One day in Rome, at fifteen, I skipped class and found myself standing at the bottom of the Spanish Steps. There, as if she had stepped out of another world, stood a woman nearly two metres tall, wrapped in layers of colour and mystery. She was a Norwegian tarot reader.
I don’t know what made me walk up to her. I just knew I needed to. I asked her to read my cards.
Something happened in that reading that neither of us could fully explain. When it was over, she didn’t simply tell me about my future. She looked at me and offered to train me. For the next few months she taught me how to see beyond the surface — how to feel energy, how to listen to symbols, how to notice the quiet signs most people walk past every day.
That meeting changed the course of my life.
It opened a door I have been walking through ever since — into esoterica, mysticism, and the living science of consciousness. I have spent years studying, travelling, and sharing what I was learning with students in Italy and later in Australia. I even wrote a book, The Science of Consciousness, trying to build a bridge between the ancient wisdom I had received and the new questions rising in our time.
Yet through all those years, one quiet knowing stayed with me: Tarot needed to evolve.
The archetypes are timeless. Their wisdom is still alive. But the world has changed. We carry different questions now, face different thresholds, and long for connection in ways the old decks sometimes struggle to speak to.
That longing is why I created this new deck.
It is a living fusion of the Tarot, the I-Ching, and universal archetypes — expanded into 108 cards that honour the eternal patterns while speaking the language of our present lives. Alongside the traditional arcana and the deep energy of the I-Ching, there are new cards that reflect the realities we actually live: technology, identity, emotional healing, and the seasons of becoming who we truly are.
This is not just a deck of cards.
It is a companion for anyone who feels the same quiet pull I felt as a child — the desire to go deeper, to meet themselves more honestly, and to walk through life with greater clarity, courage, and heart.
