* Your Reality is a Construct of your Mind, therefore, it can be Redefined.

* Your Reality is a subjective interpretation. There is no absolute truth.

* Your Moment by Moment Perception of Reality is based on your past experiences.

* We are not Objective Observers of Reality, but only perceive what matches our Bias

and Beliefs

* Whatever does not match our model of the world is deleted, distorted or

generalized.

* 99% of Reality is ignored or filtered out. This means we only perceive 1% of it.

* We protect our Bias and Beliefs against anyone that could challenge our dogmatic

views, like a criminal wanting to protect their lie.

Chapter 2: Unveiling the True Self

* Our Beliefs creates a grid of perception we call our Personality.

* Our Personality includes all of our identifications like: "I am a Lawyer"; "I am American", I am a Republican etc...

* With each identification we are limiting ourselves and restricting our capability to feel joy, love and excitment

* Our identification become our own self made prison

* We then tend to believe that getting objects will make us happy, when in reality Happiness is a state of mind

* All of the feeling of not been good enough, or worthy of love are related to the Personality, persona mask identity

* In order to experience life to the fullest we need to drop the mask, the personality limitation we have created

Chapter 3: How Perception Creates Biology and Biography

* Our thoughts and Emotions Create our Biology and in the end our Biography

* We become addicted to the chemical of our emotions

* We create a Cell Biology that mirrors our state of mind and belief System

* If from somebody we become a no body we would be able to potentially live forever (the 37 Year old Chicken Heart Cells)

* the power of Placebos and Nocebos

* Because the environment is always pushing us to create more identities more wants, many look for reclusive places to meditate and go within

* 3D Duality Density you need to move from A to B, example have an operation and heal

* 4D Density you are collapsing time like would do with placebo and Nocebo

* 5D Density is instantaneous
